Leadership

Jeff grew up in a military family and lived in many places around the country during his lifetime. Although he grew up in church, he never actually had a relationship with God.   At age 17 Jeff encountered Jesus and His love for the first time.  What a life altering experience that was!  He was instantly changed and the Lord set him on a path to bring others into the same kind of life-changing encounter with God that he had experienced. One of Jeff's greatest passions is to see the Kingdom of God transform whole cities and regions through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. It is his  joy to give the rest of his life to seeing this accomplished.

In September of 1995 Jeff started attending Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri where he met his amazing wife, Autumn.  Autumn and Jeff graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. From there they served as Youth Pastors at High Praise Church in Bolivar, MO for approximately 3 years. In 2001,  they moved to Pierre, South Dakota as part of a team that started River Center Church.  There Jeff served as an Associate Pastor for 3 years.  In 2005 River Center Church helped send the Mann family out to start James River Church in Huron, SD.  Jeff loves being a husband to Autumn and a father to their three children.   He loves Huron and feels privileged to serve the people of this community with the Word of God.  

Autumn was born and raised on a farm in  South Dakota.  She has loved and served Jesus since her youth.  Autumn met her beloved husband, Jeff, while attending Central Bible College, in Springfield, MO.   They married 9 months later and now have three beautiful children.  Autumn graduated college in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies.    Then in 2001 Jeff and Autumn  moved back to South Dakota with a team of people and helped plant River Center Church in Pierre, SD.   In 2005 River Center Church helped send the Mann family out to start James River Church in Huron, SD.  Autumn has been in ministry since she was 20 years old and has served the Lord as a youth pastor, children's pastor, and now as the lead visionary pastor of James River Church.   She loves the community of Huron and feels a deep call to mobilize prayer and missions in South Dakota and the Upper Midwest.   Autumn & Jeff live to bring Jesus glory in the nations.  They minister overseas multiple times a year and are actively involved in mobilizing missionaries and prayer for unreached people groups.
